The new 199,927-square-foot warehouse is designed to optimize speed and operational flow. As a Class "A" industrial building, it features 30-foot clear height ceilings, 33 dock-high loading positions, and a large, secured yard—offering a best-in-class environment for streamlined logistics operations. These features not only support higher volume but also allow us to operate with greater flexibility and precision.
Strategically located in Torrance, the facility provides immediate access to five major freeways and is situated near critical infrastructure, including the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, as well as Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). This prime location ensures that we can serve our customers across the West Coast faster and more efficiently than ever before.
